We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

Eligible for Return

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase included

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Missing tags or packaging
  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Returned after 30 days

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at returns@auren.shop with your order number and reason for return

Get Return Authorization

We'll send you return instructions and, for US customers, a prepaid shipping label

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using our label

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping (except US orders with prepaid label)
  • International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll need:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We'll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
